Home inspections generally take two to two and half hours to complete.

We inspect, roofs, electrical,  plumbing,heating & air conditioning, exterior, insulation and interior components of the home.

We use thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, high definition cameras, drones, binoculars and ladders as tools of the trade.

The most important tool we use is our experience and knowledge.

Our reports are generated with the latest online cloud based reporting system which allows the client to view not only the inspection report but added features such as home maintenance and system operation guide lines.
